The customized jewelries are made of solid gold and solid silver. No returns on customized jewelries.

Return policy: No returns or exchange on used items.  

Privacy policy: We only save your private information to send you your order, and if you have chosen to provide your email for newsletters we will use this email to send you our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any moment.

Shipping policy: We will ship your items within 3 working days and deliver to your provided address within 7-14 working days from the shipment day, if you are within Europe. Rest of the world has a delivery time of 14-20 days depending on the size of your order. We do not pay the shipping cost for return items. If the customer want to change jewelry we do not pay for the shipping cost. If customer provide us with wrong adress when placing the order and we have to ship the order a second time the customer are responsible for the shipping cost which is an amount of 13€. You can only cancel your order within 3 days, no returns on bought item.
